Known for it’s beautiful purple stems that would make any Husky fan proud. The name “kohlrabi” derives from the German “kohl” (cabbage) and “rabi” or “rübe” (turnip).
Cuisine: Can be used raw and as a garnish, especially in Italian dishes. May also be sautéed or steamed like kale or collard greens.
